1. Will you provide a free audit of my documents?
Of course, just give us a call and we will arrange a no obligation visit, where one of our HR Advisors will review and audit all your legal documentation.
2. What are the cost implications for extra are on-site visits?
All on-site visits are inclusive of your quoted fee. This includes any scheduled meetings and any visits necessary to carry out all HR procedures.
3. Is there a limit to the number of visits I receive from my HR Advisor?
Put simply – no! Our fees are agreed on an all-inclusive basis, regardless of how many visits you require, how many documents need producing or how many telephone calls need making!
4. I would like to train my Line Managers how to identify the correct point
an issue can be addressed
Your HR advisor will train your managers on any aspect of HR or employment law that you need or want. These can be on a regular basis or a one-off as and when needed.
5. I have outstanding issues, if I take up your services will you deal with these?
Of course, DLP take on any outstanding issues. For example if you’ve already started disciplinary action or if you are involved in a tribunal we will take on the case.
6. I am about to be taken to a tribunal, will you take on the work if I sign up?
DLP will provide total and complete representation at tribunal for all clients. There is no time limitation or period where you have to be a client before we will act for you.
7. How do I access my HR documents outside of work hours?
In October 09 we introduced a web portal for all of our clients that allows them access to the DLP intranet service. This gives you access to all relevant documents and procedures. All you need ia a computer with an internet connection.
8. Do you provide legal expenses insurance?
Yes, we can include legal expenses insurance as part of your arrangement with us. This provides you protection against the costs arising from defending tribunals, legal expenses and any awards made against you.
