DLP Academy

Ready to join the leader in client-focused HR services?

Our Working Culture

Like most organisations, DLP is made up of individuals with a variety of backgrounds, interests, skills, and abilities.

But we are united by our core values.

I

Integrity

The way we work is equally as important as what we do.

Honour all commitments openly and honestly to build and maintain trust and to affirm our commitment to ethical conduct at all times.

I

Honesty

Communicate all development honestly and professionally.

Telling the entire truth to manage expectations is the foundation of our practice.

I

Quality

Consistent accuracy of work is the key to clients trust.

Ensuring every single piece of work, every issue, and every part of each process is consistent and reliably correct.

I

Stability

We know accuracy, transparency and integrity define us as Professionals.

Every interaction every day is anchored in the unwavering and steadfast commitment to the best needs of our clients and colleagues

I

Respect

Our varied backgrounds, perspectives and experience are integral to ours, and our clients, success.

Celebrate the incredible value each stakeholder—client and colleague —brings to the table and demand the same from others.

I

Value

Solve not only the issue at hand but consider the long-term effects of the solution and any broader implications.

Consider how each proposed solution and recommendation will impact our client’s business, not just today but in the future and beyond the boundaries of our involvement.
